Easy Meatloaf

An easy meal to prep in advance for the busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper (more or less to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic, chopped if you prefer fresh)
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients well. Shape into a large loaf.
- Place in ungreased 9x5 inch pan.
- If freezing, wrap pan in saran wrap and then cover with foil. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
- When ready to cook, defrost meatloaf for a few days in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Bake uncovered for appox one hour until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
- Top with ketchup, or BBQ sauce and bake for an additional 15 mins.
- Serve and enjoy!
